What is the return policy?

At Trendsetters, we accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all Nordic countries and across the European Union. To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use Earlybird and 4PX Express shipping services. By working with these trusted carriers, we are able to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently, keeping our customers satisfied with timely service

What does the green and the yellow emoji mean on each product?

With us, you'll find a wide range of clothing that ships directly from our own warehouse. These items are marked with a green symbol 🟢 and are delivered within 1-3 days. Tracking for these orders is available through PostNord.

We also offer a large selection that ships from our logistics warehouse, marked with a yellow symbol 🟡. Delivery time for these items is 12-15 days, and you can track your package via this link.

If you order consists of items marked with both green and yellow, we'll contact you by email to check whether you'd like everything shipped in one combined delivery or in separate packages.

I did not receive an order confirmation — what should I do?Don’t worry! We work with a third-party fulfillment partner that handles order processing and shipping.If you selected 4PX Express at checkout, you will receive an email with your tracking ID within 2–3 business days.
